Live View and the sky archive

The auto-refreshing live image, and the day-by-day browser for images, timelapses, keograms and star trails.

Live View is the default landing page when Camera is enabled. It shows the current sky image refreshing automatically in the browser — no page reload — with a hover "lens" for zooming into detail, small weather and aircraft summary cards, and a sun/moon panel. A link jumps straight to the public-facing version of the same view.

Browsing captured images

Below Live View, PiSky inherits Allsky's day-by-day browser:

• Images — an index of every day that has captures, each entry showing what's available (raw images, a timelapse, a keogram, star trails) and a delete control for clearing out a day you no longer want to keep.
• Opening a day lists its raw images as a thumbnail gallery, or its timelapse video(s), keogram, or star-trail image, depending on which listing you follow.
